Finally

Blogger has finally allowed me to make changes to my blog. I have been trying to get feedback on why I couldn't edit my templet or upload pix for almost a month and a half.

Just as a shot in the dark, as I was decluttering my email, I though that I would try again. and low and behold It worked. Yah.

I am so happy.

Flyin and yarnin is now back in business.

Clue ya all in on the fact that My back is still bad.

Part of the reason for my hiatis was that my back desided that it just didn't want to cooperate with me after I got off of the narcodic meds. In Dec I had to get cortizon shots to elevate the pain, and then in Feb it knocked me for a loop. so now I am back on narcotics (differnt ones)and I mentioned that I am going to pt and ot, well that started in april, and I am working hard to get my lower back to cooperate so that I can get my upperback treated. But you know what? I am dealing with the hand I was delt, so please don't feel sorry for me, just keep me in your thoughts and prayers as the gal with with bad back who is fighting to get better.

I have to tell ya this, I had PT today. and I think I have converted a theropist to try to knit. is that cool or what? I was working on my mindless knitting and she kept walking by me, and then finally sat down and asked if it was ok if she watched while she waited for her cliant. Of corse I said yes. I think Next week I'll bring a loom in and do show and tell. Won't that be fun.

I desided to read Dana's Pamper Me mission for the Week, http://www.flylady.net/ , all the way at the bottom of the page. Does that sound familar???? Ummmm substatute your favorite craft for Cake decorating and do you see your self? I sure did, that is why I know have my mindless knitting.

Proud Mamma Moment. My DS desided to loom knit a "cozy" for his Neopet. He used Red heart supersaver (I don't let the kidlets use the "good yarn" yet, acrylic is just fine for now) in green, on the blue round Knifty Knitter. He wants to keep his neopet from getting scratched up. He knows that it is not just girls who knit. Real Men knit. *G* I love that kid.

For some reason, blogger

won't let me edit my templet. I keep trying and all I get is an error page. I don't know why. I may have to start from scratch.



Well, thank goodness for my calander/planner. This is a very busy week for us. I have pt and ot appointments, and dental appointments up the wazoo. One thing that has really helped me with FLYing is using my calander. I love the one I got from FLYlady.net it really helps keep track of things, and by using a personal planner and making sure I take the time to put it in sync with my big calander, I have been keeping things on an even keel.



This is going to be a good "mindless" knitting week for me. I have this cool little tavel Knitting bag that I got with one on my knitting mags last month, and I stuffed a ball of sugar and spice cotton yarn in it and an extra set of size 6 aluminum needles in it so I have some "Knitting on the go" in the car at all times. Ya gotta love mindless knitting.



Mindless knitting is the kind that you don't have to think about, weither it is a garderstich dish cloth or towel, or a nice soft garderstich blanket. You can watch TV, sit outside, wait in a Dr.s office and have something to do other than flip through old magazines. And you are burning calories. Did you know that you can burn 33 calories per hour? cool huh!



Ooooo some wonderful news on the crabbing front (I think I had mentioned that I am a Hermit crab rescuer in a past post. geeesshhh, dose this blog need to be updated.)



We have found a Forever home for 2 wonderful little crabbies. I am waiting to hear back from the potental adoptor to see if they would like the ones we have chosen (I like to place the Crabbies with people who are a good fit for that individual crab, these babies will be *hopefully* rehomed to a family that have kids to love them, and heck when the new "Crabbie Daddy" is ready to go to Collage, they will go with him.) After these two are rehomed, that will leave us with only 5 left.



At one time we had 10 crabs, 3 tanks, and an iso tank running. Soon we will have to see if we can put the remaning in one tank. That will be really strange, only having one tank and an Iso operating. But the name of the game is adopting crabs that need a new home, and if someone wants to be a forever home then the right thing to do is to let them go. I love fostering these little guys. They really are great pets, with wonderful personalities. Oh and by Rehoming, that leaves room for more crabbies to come into our life. *G* If you wanna peak into what Crabbing is all about please visit The Crabstreet Journal, there is a botton for them on the right side of this page.



How can you Not love a face like this.

So I am trying to do this re org thing with my blogger,

I have put it on my To do list so that I actully get around to doing it, and because I haven't worked my blog in a while, I keep getting errors when I try to play with my templates.

Blogger doesn't like me right now. (big boo boo lip, even my smilies don't want to work either.)

So, I guess I'll just blog about my day.

No.... I won't bore you with my to do lists, or my Ta da's. You don't really want to know how my day went. *G* But I will tell you, that house wise and routines wise, Things are going nicely. To quote my DS, "Mom, can I do more than a 27 fling boogie?" I am so proud.

I want to upload a pix of my latest yarn project, but it won't let me right now. But I will tell you that it is something special for a someone special who may be peeking here. *G* I know, what a tease.

Hopefully I can get this blog to streighten out so that we can get back to business. Baby Steps, Baby Steps.

Time to Start FLYin' and reorganize this blog.

In true SHE fasion, I forgot to update my blog. Imagine that......

So, Lookforward to some changes as I get back on the nonexistant FLYwagon, and get this blog wiped into a more organized sorce of information and what not.

Ummmm, I can't beleive that it has been 8 months since I posted. I really need to clean house don't I.

Well, I can say at this point in time, all of my WIP's that were on the list are now done, I have new ones on the looms and on the needles. So I have some major editing to do.

I have a bunch of new resorces to add, so I think I will be making an index of somesort of all the wonderful links that are listed so that they are easyer to navigate. Oh and I will make sure that their are no broken links, but If you happen to catch one before I do, let me know so I can get it fixed.

So, I have added, 15 min with blog, to my daily PODA (Parade of Daily Adventures.) do ya think it will work?
